Power lacking

Ok first off, let me say I'm testing my 2000 zx3 rally car on a mustang dyno, which by its nature records conservative numbers compared to a dynojet, and this one might even be a little more conservative than that. I've done everything that can be done to this car and have gained about 29 WHP over when I started and the car was essentially stock. Stock I got a whopping 97whp and the latest dyno sheets show me at about 126whp. The car has the following: JE 11:1 CR pistons, eagle rods, ford racing head, comp cams stage 2, AEM cam gears, Topspeed intake manifold, CFM 65mm TB, Svt header, full 2.5" exhaust, racing muffler and cat, Custom cold air intake, 4.75:1 final drive in MTX-75 5speed. If we convert the numbers we end up with about 168bhp, which is considerably more than a stock foci at 130 bhp. I can't help thinking that my numbers should be much higher. Besides turboing it, which, given my 11:1 CR, could be difficult and would push me into open class which I don't want to do. I'm am thinking about getting a tune from Tom remotely but we've tuned it here and I don't see how this tune could be improved on. Any thoughts?

Do you have a datalog of the last dyno run or can you get me a datalog of a 3rd gear 2000 to 6000 WOT and lets go from there

Log the air fuel as well if you can or do you know what the air fuel is from 3500 to 6500 ?

I have never seen a mustang dyno off to a dyno jet by 40HP thats almost 40% which is very very hi

I've got an sct for it but the car has a diablo chip in it. I might be able to get a data log next month when I'm reunited with the car (I'm way up north at work.). But I'll try to get something with wideband readings for you Tom.

Never do chips any more it doesnt leave you with options , if you were at a track and something happened you couldnt make any changes and your locked into no way to make any tune changes

With the xcal your tuner could email you changes as needed , I tune a good bit or rally cars and from track to track they always need some kind of change , your tuner should of told you this

When I bought my xcal I tried it out by removing the diablo chip, disconnecting the battery for a while and reconnecting it. Plugged in the sct and couldn't get it to work but I only tried once. I'll try it again and let you know when I'm ready to try again and get a data log and well go from there. I'll be interested to see if it can be improved on.

Hey Tom, can I send you a csv file? It's the only data I have right now. Maybe you'll be able to interpret it.
