Viper 5204 remote start/alarm install

Ok. I'm pretty stubborn and would like to install this myself in a 2003 ford focus zx5. I have guides telling me what wires are what but I need exactly which wires from the unit hook up to which wires on the car.

I understand this is alot to ask for. Some connections are pretty straight forward but things like h1/4 about the "parking light isolation wire - pin 87a of onboard relay" I understand pin 87a from using relays in converting my van door locks to auto. But are they saying this is onboard as in in the unit and I just connect that to the according wire from the car? Also flex relays I'm not fully comprehending either.

Please shed some light
