Shucks, you'll have at LEAST 80% of that bushing left after drilling - without having to size it tight to the new bolt. You could bugger up the drilling, egg out the hole and it would STILL be fine!

Nothing to worry about there, just take it easy with the drill - they aren't too happy at taking out just a little so it tends to "bite" and jam up on you if you go too fast....

Had another thought after shutting down the 'puter here, if you don't have the right drill bit handy you COULD manage that little bit with a file (slow) or a die grinder (fast, takes more care).

Had to do just that myself B4 to MAKE the right bushing when needed...

MacGuyver it as necessary....

I have all day tomorrow and almot all day Mionday, so I'll get it done. I've MacGuyvered plenty of things in my day. I'm really hoping I won't need to file it that would a a B!7C4!

SOOOOOOO... Does anyone know the torque specs? Or do I just need to use some Loc-tite and tighten them down suffieciently?
