Sears Tools...
Does anyone know the return policy here. I seemed to have replaced a receipt I had just purchased someone a $300. tool set here, and can't find the receipt. Can they go exchange it for a different set, or in store credit, if it's not the set they wanted without the receipt if it's brand new in the box?

im not sure about the whole tool set but from a set I got there I was able to swap out a craftsmen ratchet with no receipt

may have a tad bit of a problem right now after black friday without the reciept since they just had sales and your trying to bring back a set in the box.

They should be able to look up the receipt for you just know around what time you where there date and how you paid for it and register u checked out at
