Transmission issue (video)

I recently purchased my 2000 focus with the auto trans. It had a bad motor mount and vibrated horribly so i couldnt really hear anything else. Well after fixing a few things ive noticed what sounds like a transmission whine. The car shifts and drives just fine and i was wondering if this is a serious issue or does anyone elses car does this or what. Heres a vid i shot.. thanks for any help !! Oh, i checked the trans fluid and its full..

My 2000 ZX3 use to make that same whine sound and it was the water pump. Once changed I could hardly hear the engine while running. However, I now have to change a motor mount or mounts as my car is getting very bad on cold mornings with vibration.

See if you can get a stethoscope and find the whine.
Good Luck and post up once resolved.

Yeah I'm not sure why you think its your tranny, your transmission is in neutral, so there's really not much going on in there. So i have to agree with FordZX32000, you need to pin point the source.

It has a new waterpump so that shouldnt be it. Ive tried pin pointing and cant find it. The noise happens when its in gear or not. Its still shifting fine so, i guess itll make it ??
