more transmission problems 5speed

So a couple months ago ford found no issue with my trans not wanting to go into reverse every so often, which is fine. I still have the issue after most startups and the usual fix is having to roll forward first. Now heres something new, its used to just engage into first nice and steady with this problem, NOW when i go to roll forward i can get almost all the way off the clutch before the trans will suddenly engage and jolt forward softly. Its like watching a slow person touch a hot stove and say ouch late. Im getting to the point that most days i wish someone would just total my car for me and i can use the GAP coverage and be just fine. My biggest problem is i dont have the time to leave the car with ford to be tested under multiple conditions to try and reproduce the problem. Sometimes i just wish the engine or trans would completely grenade. I almost want to use my entire tax return to sell the car or trade it in for an SUV since im expecting my second child too..., end rant. Anyone else having these issues? Also i can hear the trans clunk from gear to gear as i move the lever if thays not normal either. Its like "clunk...clunk" always 2 clunks. Imagine shifting from 1st to 2nd and as you pass neutral you hear clunk and then another once seated in second.

Hey 4mikebruns,

Have you been to the dealer for this most recent concern? Let me know and I'll look into available options.

Todd
