Air bag light
My air bag light stays on after starting the car, doesnt flash, just on constantly. Is there a way to diagnose without a scanner and is there a common fix ??

iminhell is right. An Autozone OBD scanner won't help with SRS issues, although there are independent mechanics who have SRS scanners.
Check to see if you have loose wires under either of the front seats. Also check connections of your air bag sensor, somewhere behind your front bumper. Good luck. |

IIRC both crash and safing sensor on the airbag module under console. Nothing to check in bumper.
Shouldn't be indiscriminately messing with connectors either unless battery disconnected and cap allowed to run down for 10 minutes. Basic airbag rule to keep from killing oneself. Airbags are not playtoys............. |
