Stage 2 crower cams. What else should i get?

I was looking into getting stage 2 crowers for my svtf, and was wondering if I needed to buy anything else like springs and retainers?? And I have 170k miles on it, should I rebuild first before doing this?

ohh i guess i saw the wrog ones, i realized i was looking at the ones for 2.0 zetec focus not the SVT lol. What cams would you reccommend i use?

only cams we could use are cat cams but they are expensive check out C-F-M

they sell them.

Best first mod and I am sure most will agree is a tune

i was thinking about the tune, but wanted to see if i could get cams before tuning it, since i already have most of the bolt ons from c-f-m, but i guess it better to just tune it for now! thanks for the help guys!

you would need a tune anyways if you got cams

I just got the Livewire from Tom and it's freakin great.

It's also going to give you the most noticeable difference in performance and overall driveability. And free NA mod-related updates for life is hard to beat.

If you want to spend some money, get the Cat cams. That's on my eventual "to-do" list.

Otherwise, as others have said, reflashing the ECU is the best bang for buck your are going to find.
