Exclamation 12V outlet does not work.

I just recently got a 2003 ZX5, and noticed a pretty big issue right away. My 12V outlet does not work. As someone who needs to charge his phone or use a radio/mp3 adapter, this is a problem. What do I need to do to fix it? I was thinking it might be a blown fuse, or the whole outlet itself might just have a loose connection or be totally broken. I'm still relatively new here and I had no idea if this has been asked before, but any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I had a blown fuse in mine, replaced it and it works great. Then one day tried charging my phone and it didnt work, i was pissed cause I REALLY needed at that moment.

Checked the fuse later, it was fine... my charger was toast.... *slap*
