no, different bell housings and possibly electronics. But since bell housing is different so it wont bolt up anyways
|

i do have a ATX pulled from my 04 (2.0L zetec engine) when i did a ATX to MTX swap if your interested/ in need of a transmission, just pm me.

Don't think you can transfer bellhousing half of case either, each case is custom shimmed to internals of that specific trans to have preload on shafts. Changing case or shafts forces entire resetup of the preloads.
