Judging by other Steeda posts on the mustang forums it appears there is quite a bit of turnover at Steeda so you may just want to call.

Give them a call ask for frank he's a pretty good guy and could probably help you out. He is the one who helped me with doing a po box issue

I also inquired with Steeda.ca recently (late last week) because I am looking at ordering a few things soon. You can get all of the MK3 Focus parts through them, just email with part numbers and they will price for you. found it was about 16% over us list price with free shipping in Canada. Pretty respectable I think.
