Whats quieter? Magnaflow or Stealth?
It's really hard to tell by youtube videos. Wondering if any of you have heard both in reality? I really cannot tolerate a raspy Honda sounding exhaust at all. I'm after the more muffled throaty sound. Like a Masserati lol

Stealth would be quieter. If you are only concerned about volume, a cat will always keep the sound at a more reasonable level.

I'd be leaving the cat in for sure. Is there still a gain with an intake mod and exhaust with the factory cat left in?

I have the magnaflow and it's only slightly louder than stock until you floor it and the tone is one of the best I've heard. it puts Hondas to same it doesn't sound raspy at all it has a tone that I can't even explain. It's a great exhaust to get

Do most of the guys pull the cat on the magnaflow install? Sometimes I like the sound and sometime I don't, depending on which video I watch. Very hard to go by youtube of course. There were a few where I can here a hint of "rice" in the exhaust note. To each there own of course. It's just not the sound for me. I would assume the cat would pull a lot of that out of it.

I have the Magnaflow and it's pretty quite until you get on it. I have the Steeda CAI too which makes it slightly louder. Here's two videos I made of it if you want to check them out.

Yup, I kept my cat in as I figured the dealer would annoy me if I didn't. And it's not annoying at all and I drive long distances at a time, I did almost 600 miles on Friday and it never bothered me at all. With the radio turned up to normal volume it's really hard to hear the exhaust unless you go to overtake someone and floor it.

It's a shame that a better exhaust doesn't increase mpg. The sound alone isn't worth the $$$$ to me. If it were 1 or 2 mpg improvement, I'd do it simply for the gain. The sound would be a bonus.
