A dealership that was helpful?!

I dropped my car off today at Deacon Jones Ford in Goldsboro, NC. I had a few problems, some of them I know are a little more common on here like the front end suspension clunk. So here were my problems:
1. Suspension clunk
2. Headlight out (not a problem with the bulb)
3. RATTLES!!! Passenger door and center console.

Solutions:
1. There is a TSB out for it now and they got it taken care of.
2. They traced the problem back to the BCM for the headlight and have a new one on order for me.
3. They actually fixed them!!!

I love these guys!

Next items to fix on the list, chipped paint from a rubbing taillight and door dings. We'll see if they do those too.

How they did it:
1. Shoot some grease under the boot stop.
2. Order a part.
3. Stuff a taco wrapper under the gap in the console.

Happy customer!

More likely to have been a chalupa wrapper... But no they actually took everything apart and tightened and replaced a couple parts.

The sales department of my Ford dealer is retarded (literally I think they have some mental issues) but the service department was exceedingly professional. Much better than when I had to take my Honda into the dealer.

Franklin Ford does a GREAT job you North Carolina guys, I have never had an issue with them, they even fixed my Mustang (a 94, so no warranty) for completely free! They also did my end links on my Focus.

My dealer down here is simply great too.

Thanks Todd, I'll do that when I pick up my car. Thanks again for the heads up.

Edit: @focusstu I haven't heard of too many people in the nearby area with a focus. You should swing down here sometime so we can compare mods lol.
