ABS rings

What do the ABS rings look like on the drum. Anyone have a picture of what they look like.

Abs

Yes it does have ABS brakes. The ABS light is on. I changed both rear drums. They came with all the bearings already installed. Maybe the drums didn't have the rings on them.

Aha!

Yup, you need to specify ABS to get the right drums w/bearings. There are more out there without ABS, so they give you non-ABS ones if you don't demand the "right" ones...

Gotta make 'em search for the right part # to fit yours....

The ABS sensor ring is pressed on to drum bearing housing inside shoulder O.D. As you now can't return the drums you'll have to transfer the rings off your old drums if you can remove them without damaging/distorting them (interference fit), or you can buy new sensor rings.

I just replaced one of my rear drums/bearings and my car has ABS also. I "guess" i did it right, i have no ABS light. I popped out a piece out of my old drum that was right on top of the bearing it had like a black outter edge, hard to explain but it fits on the o.d. of the outter housing where the bearing sits..
