im looking at the OBX Racing 4-1 SS Exhaust Manifold Header 00-04 Ford Focus 2.0L Zetec ZX3 . im wondering if this set up will still set of the check engine code ?

You should be ok I'm not sure about the stock cat cause I did a cat back at the same time

If it does, there is a thread to show you how to fix it. It's easy and will take 20minutes or less.

its has the down pipe but still have the spots for the o2 sensors

I bought that set-up second hand. I tried every ratchet, universal, and wobble socket I had and couldn't get all the manifold bolts on. I ended up just going with the downpipe. The previous owner did have it installed. I could see the msrks from the manifold bolts. If you do buy it and get it installed, let me know how you did it. You will get a CEL, it's not a cat converter. Just a honeycombed pipe. I have a cheater to keep the light off.
