passenger side fuse box q's

On a new 2013 (which I assume is nearly identical to the 2012), where exactly is the passenger side fuse box? The owner's manual states "The fuse panel is located on the right side below the glove box.", but it doesn't seem to be obvious (and I certainly can't see any type of access panel below the glove box on the outboard side of the car.)

I found a post from a year ago that describes taking out the glove box and accessing the fuse box, but I'm not sure if taking the box out is required for getting to the fuses (or if that post does that for accessing the harnesses near the fuse box.) If the glove has to come out, how is it removed?

Can anyone offer information on where it is?

its under there, Wayy under the glove box. If you look all the war forward youll see a pannel there will be 2 plastic pins at the top of the pannel. If memory serves correctly these unscrew to expose the fuse box.

Found it and put in my taps. Would have nice if it was more accessible... Also amused at the extremely cheap cover.
