Suggestions for black tuner lug nuts
I got a set of Sparco rims from Tirerack (Thanks guys!) and I got the rings and splined nuts from them. In hindsight, I should have thought of finding black lug nuts right away.
Any suggestions on where I can get black lug nuts? Preferably something that has some security to it? I'm assuming splined is the way to go as opposed to standard hex.

Plenty of people running these and I've never heard of any problems. Light as hell and still steel. http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/2...g_nuts/muteki/
Stay away from aluminium.

McGard and Gorilla make black tuner lug nuts as well. McGards are spline drive which require a special socket for installation and removal. That adds "some" security but are not foolproof.

Mcgards still shiny after a few years. My gorillas became rusted and dull. Recommend mcgards

I had full 16 set of locking Gorilla on MY Contour SVT for 13 years... In Winter with salted roads etc.. Not even close to having any sort of rust.
I now have set of 20 black Gorrila locking on my 2012 Focus with the 17" black painted wheels. Personally i say rust on Gorilla locks is BS.

I bought a set of 20 black Gorilla lug nuts a few years ago and they still look great. I bought 20 so I'd have some spares, only a few bucks more than the 16 pack.

A quick question about how do you know which lug nuts to get for your new rims and what style are these stock? My old car had open ended m12x1.5 "acorn" seat lugnuts. I have a set of team dynamics wheels coming, not sure what lug nuts to buy.
