Lug nuts on a 2012+

Are they metric? I can't seem to find the right size. 19MM or 20MM or is it American?

Found it

But when I tried 19mm in the hardware store it seemed to tight. I bought 20 and that was too big. Off to Sears hardware on my way home.

Some possibilities

Different countries have slightly different tolerances

The other is 19.5 mm which might do it is .76 of an inch , which is 3/4" inch

Maybe due to some odd ball convention, maybe the flats are 3/4" while the thread is metric

Just like if one purchased a socket set abroad, the drive is still 1/4" or 3/8" or 1/2" or etc, due to [I think] Snap-On was the first to market such a tool and then everybody copied it when the patent ran out
