2001 Zx3 Rough Idle(NOT usual stuff)

I have pretty much tried everything to fix this idle problem. Vacuum leak test,PCV, DPFE, IAC, sparkplugs, MAF, EGR solenoid and valve, seafoam, replaced collapsing PCV hose. Just to be thorough I checked for vacuum leaks again today, and ran into something funny. There's a leak underneath the throttle body near brake booster line, egr vacuum and one other line-in fact almost right on top of the PCV hose I just replaced. It's not the lines because I removed them one by one, blocked and sprayed-same issue. I cannot find hole, but everytime I spray carb cleaner near it it picks up RPM. Theres not supposed to be any bleed holes down there right? Is there a way a thermostat failed open could cause the intake manifold to start melting?(Looked inside below TB and that plastic is F*ed up.) Any help would be appreciated before I see if this car makes a good molotov cocktail...

Could be intake manifold gasket? Or maybe even the tube where the mass air flow goes, I know the rubber on those can tend to crack over time. I don't know the regular zetec or spi manifolds very well but are there any brass plugs or anything similar to those in there? Also what about the clamps that hold the intake boot on? Any chance its starting to wear around those and allowing a small vacuum leak? What about the fuel injector o rings? Sometimes as those wear and dry out they can cause a small vacuum leak, just some suggestions man, good luck in your search.
