Rear wiper not working & Rear Hatch button not working

Hello,

I apologize if I’m not posting in the correct location, in advance.
I tried searching google, and this form, but I can not seem to locate how to repair the 2 issues.
=============================================
2 issues: Rear Wiper & Rear Hatch button:

1st issue:
Rear Wiper – is not working. The rear fluid Dispiser works and fluid comes out, but the wiper does not activate.

I checked the fuse, & it's good.

2nd Issue:
Dash release switch / Inside-Rear Hatch Button –

I use to have to push the Dash Realease rear-button a few times, to open the rear hatch. The inside rear hatch-button / Dash release switch, is no longer working to open the Rear Hatch Button.

I can open the rear hatch with the car Key or with the electric key fob.

Any advise/ guidance on the repair, with picture instructions, would be great!

I appreciate it.

Check your wiring that runs through the umbilical into the hatch, this has been a problem with some in the past. You may have to repair/replace the wire.

Good Luck.

1st issue: Resolved =
Rear Wiper :
Purched a new rear wiper motor, installed... and it works now.
Repair time: basic 20 min replacement.. easy.
1st remove Nut Bolt from wiper on the outside hatch window.
2nd:
Inside Hatch / 4 plactic bolts to remove hatch cover /
3 bolts to remove the motor, disconnect plug, and plug in new Rear Motor.

2nd Issue: Resolved :
Dash release switch / Inside-Rear Hatch Button –
Resolution: Bought a new Trunk Button from Dealership $26$, plugged it, and trunk pops open.
REpair time: 5 mins. to take the dash cover off, a simply disconnect and plug in the new Trunk Switch.
