Were and how do you get the update to 3.2.2 or 3.5.1. I can't seem to get anything from my dealer or the sync website. Can any one direct me in the right direction?

should I get 3.2.2 first or do you think that is included in the 3.5.1?

I went from 3.02 to 3.5.1 without an issue.

Did you install this yourself or have the dealer do it? I never got any of these to show up on sync my ride and the dealer keeps telling me I have no open "field service actions" for my cars vin# even though I am still on version Gen2 ver 3.0.2.

I installed it myself. It was very easy. Just follow the directions on the PDF exactly. To get it installed by your dealer you would have to give them a reason why you need the update as they haven't pushed it out to the public.

looks like Ford is going to do another across-the-board update with software being mailed out beginning Dec. Warranty extension too:

Yeah, the A3 Nav definitely doesn't work. My dealership left my old one in the console after they installed it so I tried it just for the hell of it. Nothing. If you have Nav, take it to the dealer and make them do it all. If you don't, install yourself and save some time and trouble.
