Dome light replacement - with moonroof??

First, I apologize that my first post on this forum is requesting assistance... but I'm a bit stumped.

I have a 2013 Titanium hatchback with moonroof. I bought the bright white LED replacements that should fit, but the dome lights don't seem to be replaceable if you have a moonroof. I was able to swap the cargo lights without any issues.

Is there a workaround for this? I'd much prefer the bright white LED's that I purchased.

Thanks in advance for any help!

how are they not removable? you should be able to pry the dome light out from the back, then you'll see the bulb in the middle that simply twists out. Reverse the process with your new bulbs and done.

I was able to remove the assembly from the headliner with no issues. But there is no removable bulb anywhere visable in the assembly. The back is just flat. From what I've found after a bit of research, if you have a moonroof the factory bulbs are LED and not made to be replaceable.

Aren't there already LEDs in there? If so, they're soldered in.

This. They are LEDs from the factory.

Yes there are already LED's in there, but they are a fairly dim warm white and I much prefer a cool white/ daylight bulb.

I went by the junkyard hoping to pull the assembly out of a Focus without moonroof, but these models of Focii are still fairly rare in my local yards.
