tsb 13-9-7 focus if your aware.

So my focus randomly does exactly what this tab describes. Every time I bring it to ford the code is never stored in the computer. Also the po106 will go on also stating no hill start assist I can drive with the cel on but is in limp mode will not go above 3500rpm and will hesitate when on. Get to my next red light shut car off start back up cel is gone and runs and drives perfect. I've tried Twp times with the dealer they cannot do the tsb under warranty until they can read code. Its very frustrating to me especially when I can do the tab myself with no worries. But I'm afraid if I were to due so it would void my warranty. I'm just trying to make any mk3 ownerbaware of this tsb. Now I can pay ford to due the tsb will cost 95 dollars plus tax. But with a car that's just over 2000 miles I feel I shouldn't have to pay anything for this to be done. The tsb info is on focusstnation. There's pictures on how too and everything.

Next time you don't turn the car off, just drive it directly to the dealer
