Kuda phone mount!!!

So I decided to upgrade my iPhone mount I had before to a Kuda!

What I started with:


That DVD HU is getting replaced with a HU that has iPhone connectivity soon.

What the Kuda mount looks like:



Now Kuda USA will sell you a mount for your specific phone type, however I did not like their gawdy-looking universal iPhone mount, so I just bought the mount base.

So I went searching for a nicer-style mount to attach to the base and I found one that I liked at Wal-mart for $17.00. It was an iphone cup-holder style mount and I just used the top of it. I did have to cut a hole in the Kuda to get the iPhone mount on it.

I went with this style iPhone mount for another reason too - I don't have to take my phone out of the case to put it in my car! And I can also use this mount for just about any other type of phone as well.


The kuda has a tab that you have to put behind the radio bezel - only way to do that is to take the stereo out and un-bolt the right side of the bezel with a 7mm socket.

There is also a screw that comes with the Kuda that mounts inside the glovebox

It is a well made piece, and it is wrapped in real leather as well.

Finally im not the only one!

Ive had thae same one in my 04 for 7 years now, and also have one in my 12.

These are great mounts people, expensive yes but they last!

Awesome! So its just us 2 lol Hopefully more people will get these. They are expensive, but the quality is top notch. Post up some pics of both of yours!
