Fuel Pump for Boosted Zetec
Anyone have any experience with this new TRE fuel pump for Focus 00-08?
http://treperformance.com/i-6321435-...2000-2008.html It sound like a good one. Specially designed for the returnless style fuel system. I was thinking of getting it for my 01 Zetec that I am installing a Top Speed Stage 2 Turbo Kit on this winter. I was thinking of getting a KB BAP also. Any thoughts? Thanks, Joe |

Doesnt look like anything more then a universal fuel pump to me , If your shooting for over 350HP to the wheels need to go to a return fuel system

You need a bap with FI,the fuel pump wattage can't keep up with the fuel pressure needed with WOT pulls.

I did the svt fuel pump with a return fuel system.. I have yet to reach 300+ but its in the works.

The problem isnt the Focus fuel pumps , the problem is the cannister and the internal return system
I would do the stock pump for right now , then add the B-A-P if / when needed this will get you to 300 easy then if you want / need more add a full return fuel system Tom

My stock pump with bap didn't produce enough for 16psi. Wich is whyi have to run 10 for now until I get all the parts for return
