Fuel Pump for Boosted Zetec

Anyone have any experience with this new TRE fuel pump for Focus 00-08?

It sound like a good one. Specially designed for the returnless style fuel system. I was thinking of getting it for my 01 Zetec that I am installing a Top Speed Stage 2 Turbo Kit on this winter.

I was thinking of getting a KB BAP also.

Any thoughts?

Doesnt look like anything more then a universal fuel pump to me , If your shooting for over 350HP to the wheels need to go to a return fuel system

Should I even get the BAP then for >350HP?

BTW - I am going to buy one of your long blocks soon Tom for my Turbo to go on.

300-350 should be more than enough for my daily driver needs but
If I decide to go for more than 350HP
Tom - can you tell me what I need to buy to do a full return style fuel system? What fuel pump - lines - do I need a pressure regulator for a return style? Which one.

You need a bap with FI,the fuel pump wattage can't keep up with the fuel pressure needed with WOT pulls.

I did the svt fuel pump with a return fuel system.. I have yet to reach 300+ but its in the works.

I just realized that I put greater than > signs and they should have been less than < signs.

I am going to try the TRE pump with a BAP and see what happens. Worst case is I keep her 300-350HP and that is ok with me.

The problem isnt the Focus fuel pumps , the problem is the cannister and the internal return system

I would do the stock pump for right now , then add the B-A-P if / when needed this will get you to 300 easy

then if you want / need more add a full return fuel system

My stock pump with bap didn't produce enough for 16psi. Wich is whyi have to run 10 for now until I get all the parts for return
