Changing the headlamps is the most common thing to do when you get a euro grille. You don't have to, you could keep your OEM headlamps and just mount turn signal lights behind the grille.

There is a how-too about recessing your turn-signals behind a euro grille. They are hidden that way, but still work as required by law.

Else, you can replace your headlights with some that have turn signals built in.
