Horn wiring help

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum. I didn't see anything on this in the "how to" section

The horn in my zx3 does a few weeks back. I spent the money on some supertones because I drive a lot for work.

My question is on wiring. Hooking up the two horns correctly to the relay is easy enough. How the focus horn is grounded is another.

I'll include the pictures of the instructions later, maybe someone can make sense of it.

I connected mine to the battery and used the stock wires to signal the relay that came with them.

The top pic is similar to how the Focus is wired.
The horn relay is supplied with a constant voltage from the Battery Junction Box (BJB) - fuse 32 20A - and the horn receives voltage from the switched side of the relay. The relay switch is controlled on its ground side by the steering wheel switch.

Awesome. I'll be putting it in this weekend.

Ok, that made sense at the time. Now I'm lost. However they are mounted. One where the old one was,the other in the space under the driver side headlights.

One under the headlight, the other in the old spot. I might move the lower one over to the other side sometime but it doesn't seem to have the same easy spot to mount.

Looks like you got 'em wired, working OK?

With BC's description to go by, the Focus runs the stock one on a relay already - So I'd just hook the new ones to the existing wiring instead of putting ANOTHER relay in the circuit.

Luck!
