eesh if you lowered 2 inches then i wouldnt do it. they would rub horrible if you ever put anyone in the back seat and every time you turn the steering wheel to full lock.

and no offense taken. i think they are ugly as sin personally. not even to mention that the goddang things are heavy as shit. that is why i want to get rid of them lol! i might keep them and continue to use them but im stripping them down and powdercoating them or something.

do you have other wheels to put on your car? the reason i ask is because i might just strait up buy the wheels from you depending on what shape the wheels and tires are in. what tires do they have, how good is the tread and how much are you asking. perhaps i can make a road trip in a few weeks and meet up halfway somewhere. or hell for that matter it wouldnt be that bad for me to come all the way to you. i drive up to see my girlfriend at her school at western carolina (cullowee) and that is just a stones throw from cleveland.

To be honest I traded a guy I use to have eaps and wanted these he lied and said the tires were good but they r no and they r mix matched witch pisses me off but what can u do I would love to have my eaps back lol

damn oh well, if you end up getting other wheels any time soon let me know. and i may have a line on some EAPs with VERY good tires. problem is that i dont like eaps. now if i snag them would you trade the 5 spokes plus some boot for the EAPs? tires on the eaps were near new and i think matching set.

actually i have a better idea yet. i will probably be up in your direction before i get the EAPs so the next time i get up that way ill see if i can find a tire shop up there. the tires on the EAPs are VERY good and im not going to give them up lol. so we just go to the tire shop, pop the tires off both sets of wheels and we each pay for the swap on our own wheels. might cost $20 total for each of us to have the tires mounted and balanced. it will also give both of us the opportunity to thoroughly check for bends and defects in the wheels before any money exchanges hands and that way nobody gets any hurt feelings or any surprises.

does that sound reasonable?

welcoming a friend home off the USS enterprise from norfolk this coming weekend, the next weekend i will most likely go pick up the eaps if i have the money, the next i will drive up to silva, nc to visit my girl at college. if i dont have the money next weekend (which is a possibility since i might end up spending alot this coming weekend) then all of that will be pushed back 1 week more. so either the 17th or the 24th will be the day for us to meet up around sylva. that is if you dont sell them by then, if i dont fall in love with the eaps, and if i dont find a better deal for some 5 spokes with really good tires between now and the time i pick up the EAPs. if for whatever reason i pass on the eaps i will then divulge their location since i know you want a set!
