If it were me, I'd rather pay 700ish for more unique looking wheels, but if you are specifically looking for Ti wheels, I would say 500 is a good deal. Seems like OEM wheels are usually more spendy. But also take into account what condition they are in.

I have those wheels since I have the handling package. If they are in perfect condition, I'd go for it. I don't know whether you need to look into the fit of a non-handling packaged car as they put a steering stop in to prevent the wheels from hitting when using these wheels.
As for tires for them? Tirerack.com has the OEM's for $262 a tire. |

Two small scrapes in wheels they were used for 3 months. You know the weight of these wheels? Vs 17 inch sel wheels.

I've read they are in the 30lb range which is quite heavy.

TireRack has the black ones at 25.8lbs. But still - not particularly light.

In another thread the OEM black painted wheels are supposed to be about 23/24 lbs each.
Is that correct? Seems a little light for a 17" OEM wheel.... As long as they are strong. To me more important than light. |

$500 is way to much money for something so heavy. There are lighter options out there, look into the Sparco Assetto Gara, they come in all sorts of colours and can be had in 18".

I second going to Tirerack.com for tires. Enter in your Focus and look at the 18" tires. There are some highly rated alternatives to the PS3 that you can get for <$600 a set vs the PS3s for nearly $1000. I'm looking at the Kuhmos in particular.
