^^^This. Not only are the 18" wheels the heaviest of available OEM wheels, but they are also the widest and utilize a 235mm tread. Highest unsprung weight and highest rolling resistance equals highest fuel cost (lowest mileage).

The rolling resistance may or may not be the highest, but the wider tread doesn't help despite the fact that the PS3s are Green-X LRR rated for their low rolling resistance

I had been averaging 26.7 mpg, but I do a lot of around-town driving. I did drive from my house to the Outer Banks and back a few weeks ago and averaged above 38 mpg. I do drive a bit aggressively sometimes, I'll be honest, so I get pretty much what I expect.

Same with my girlfriend. Around town is about 27 -29. Freeway driving is around 35-37. You're fine.

How many miles do you have on it? Things to try are premium gas, intake mod/upgrade, exhaust upgrade.

The PS3'S are LRR rated, but I can't imagine the contact patch of an 8" tire having less resistance than that of a 7" or less tire. I would think that its Green-X rating comes in comparison to other 235mm tires.

I run premium with a full K&N intake and catback 2.5" exhaust, it didn't make that much of a difference, especially around town.

I've been running 24-25 (26 on fuelly) all city lately, and I drive like a grandma now, funny thing is on a couple of tanks back I decided to be a lead foot and my gas mileage was about the same. all in all my fuelly average says 28. This may seem obvious, but check your tire pressure. Mine was low about at 30 psi when I checked last.
