Help me please!
Ok, here's what I need. I want to constantly run a bulb with power, but when I hit the turn signal, I want it to flash when the turn signal is turned on. how would I wire this up?

Oh and it has to have enough power to light up 13 L.E.D. too.

I think you would need a three wire light socket. Then connect to turn signal power, parking light power, and ground wire. I did this a few years ago. I think I used some 12V motorcycle turn signal lights.
 I don't know about an LED setup. I had a single bulb.

But see my problem is that the LED lights will be on the same circuit. if i hook up the two wires together that do the turn signal AND the steady burn, the turn signal part stays on all the time on the entire circuit, and i don't need that. :)

You may want to look into how they work on an Audi. Don't they have the DRL' s that flash ? I know they have multiple LED's in them.
