butterfly flaps intake....on 2.0?
A I am installing my cosworth intake, I noticed that my stock intake manifold has butterfly flaps in it. This is on a 2.0 engine. I thought only 2.3s had butterfly flaps?

2.0's do, they all do. the 2.3 also has a flap deeper in to change the runner length.
Make sure you have someone good to tune it, not all of the tuners can get the car to idle without those flaps/with the cossie. enjoy the sound and the pull above 5k
