It wasn't too bad I would say easier to about the same as the headlights, I purchased a second set of aftermarket fogs for the retro as I didnt want to hack up my stockers. I opened them up, enlarged the hole where the h11 bulb would normally go to acomadate the base of the blazers, cut off the 2 mounting tabs on the blazers so that they'd fit with in the fogs, JB Welded them in place, made some L brackets to mount the shrouds (had to trim down part of the aftermarket fogs so they'd sit flush with the projector) and used the factory mounting of the fogs to mount the fog light. The only way to aim them this way is to use washers where they mount to the fog light bracket the factory adjusters wont work because of the way I had to mount the projector. But here is some bad news Blazers are no longer made the manufacture discontinued them, I got lucky as The Retrofit Source had some left that had dust inside of the projector and got them at a discount. Also blazers are also known for the getting hot and the bowls burning but I went with them anyway. Sorry for no pics on how I did it, once i get started on a project I like to just work on it to get it done.

Retrofit = cheaper, you get it faster, your output will be better :)

BTW did you ever even get those HIDs?, I haven't gotten them returned yet, I bet you I will get them back in another month with the box ripped open and all the shit missing

Nope they never showed up, I figured you got them back by now. Maybe this is why USPS is going bankrupt ??

Keeping the bars looks better but IMHO I still think they interfere with the projection.


Someone should buy the new Morimoto H1 capsules and test them out. Yes they're 70 a pair. I can tell my capsules are starting to show its age.

They reimburse if you have insurance.
I have like never had issues, so I just sent them, no insurance or tracking and of course they come up missing,

Then my dumb ass threw the receipt away and I basically have no proof of anything, so yes I ate them lol

That was an early picture but I wanted to make them different and I personally like this look better than any other look.
