Looks like you got a prototype intake tube on your car, that's a little sloppy on the factories part. I'd be surprised if yours was the only one.

Me too, u would suggest looking... Bad to have unfiltered air through a turbo! IMO

Sorry I did not think you were on the money but you were from what I am hearing. These are tuned on speed density. It does have what looks to be a MAF after the air filter. Anyway I need to read up I suppose. After the correct intake was put on boost and power both went up.

Imagine how many people will buy an ST and NEVER remove the engine cover to find this. Years of unmetered, unfiltered air into the intake and never knowing their cars should be faster than they are. Between this and the guy on this forum that got one Euro taillight installed on his Focus, I have to wonder what else they're screwing up.
