Unhappy automatic engine harness in manual zx5 HELP!!!!!

ok so here goes i was on here before asking for help about the engine harness i need help i have a 04 zx5 2.0 dohc zetec 5spd i was having problems i had a burnt wiring harness the car was running ok but it was throwing a code so i put a new harness all they had was automatic so tried it out, soldered in my plugs and now go to start it it doesent do anything no click of the starter or nothin.....i was reading that the automatic harness has the neutral safety thats different..... i was reading when guys do swaps to 5 speeds they have to do wiring hacks so to speak

can anyone help please i have a plug that goes over the transmissin looks like it has all the wires that are different not sure its the larger plug after the fuse box plug

so anyone that did a auto to manual swap i need to know what you had to do to start it........please help

Type this into Ebay
2004 Focus wiring manual
The cheapest is $8.30 and that INCLUDES shipping. Two at $9.95 that also includes shipping

Maybe some seer that already had this problem can help you. I think you need to get the Ford wiring manual and figure out what the differences are and correct them

Everyone that does a swap is told to use the wiring for the correct model as far as I know.
