please help...07 ford focus

My focus makes noise when when I hit pumps in rd.. I changed strut assembly,sway bars ,rack and pinions,motor mounts ..what eles is there? Tie rod ends are tight....but the inner tie rod where the boot is lookks like it leaking....can that cause the noise when you hit bumps seems to be getting louder.....any suggestions?
