2002 focus SVT clicking noise

I have a click noise in the engine compartment that engages every time I push on the accelerate pedal. This is only heard when I am in gear and as I press on the gas pedal after coasting. Is this normal?

Mine doesn't do that. So I don't think its normal. Maybe the wire is getting caught on something? check it out.

Do things like engine RPM or vehicle speed affect the noise? Or does it always sound the same?

The noise is not affected by RPM or vehicle speed, it clicks once when I press the accelerator, and than will click once more when I take my foot completely off the accelerator. It sounds like a click that engages the TB.
