comp cams install help - Urgent!

im reinstalling my comp cams into my FR head and im not sure which way to orient the cams. With the slot in the end of each cam roughly horizontal before I install the bearing caps, the cams can sit either way. I need to know how to orient the cams before installing the caps and tightening them down. (I have the cam install pin and flat bar) I have the Number one cylinder at just before TDC but each cam can sit with the lobes facing either way and the slot almost horizontal.

The bar only fits in 1 way.
IIRC #1 lobes will face the radiator.

Another way is #1 piston to TDC then lower it down the cyl to half way , install the cams any way you want , rotate cams and install cam plate , rotate engine back to TDC this will get rid of any chance of bending valves on the Zetec engine or most any engine

I cannot stress enough to tighten the cams down even or they will brake
