Parking brake

My parking brake sensor seems to be too sensitive. Aster releasing the brake it sometimes pops up a tiny bit and the alarm sounds. I can usually push it down and the alarm goes off.
Anyone else have this?

No sir, haven't had this issue. Bring it to the dealer, might just need a readjustment.

I have a similar issue. My parking break handle itself broke and would slide up and down, so they had to replace the whole assembly. When they fixed it, I guess they put it super tight because when I release mine and press it down it does occasionally show it is still engaged. This typically only happens when I am parked on a upward incline. When I start to drive and just ensure it is pushed down I have no issues, hoping it loosens up after time :-\

Hi blank102 and jvillegas21,

I recommend both of you make appointments at your dealerships so this issue can be addressed. Additionally, I'm happy to escalate both of you to your regional Customer Service Managers. They'll reach out to your dealers and ensure this is addressed immediately. Reach out to me via PM with your VIN, dealer, mileage, and daytime phone number; I'll get the ball rolling.
