fuel consumption?
Hi, i bought an 03 Focus Zetec recently, but the fuel consumption is proving to be a problem. I put in £20 petrol (UK), and after 55 miles the petrol warning light came on. Any ideas why consumption is so high, i am not driving the vehicle agressively?

Could be a MAF sensor, bad plugs/wires/coils. How many miles and what transmission do you have?

Manual or Auto? And bad fuel economy can be a number of things. Bad O2 sensor, dirty MAF bad plugs wires or coil, even a dirty throttle body can cause poor fuel economy.
