4x108 spacers, 20-25mm. Need some?
Didn't know where else to put this...but I need spacers and our options suck, and I'm an engineer. SO, I made a 3D CAD file of some spacers for the focus 4x108 with 63.35mm centerbore and sent it to a local machine shop for cost quote....
the cost of tooling for it is what is the killer, so it doesn't make sense unless I can get 4 or 5 other people that want a set of 4. ![]() Ebay has this style: http://www.ebay.com/itm/110859924427 (come in sets of two, so 4 cost about $130) but I wanted to go with a true spacer and some quality grade-8 extended studs for piece of mind. If you would pay about $100+shipping give or take $20 for a set of 4, let me know. Otherwise I'm going to be stuck with the ebay ones.

i would pony up and just pay to get the 4 done for yourself if no one else wants any... this way you know you are getting good stuff.. the ebay ones i have seen break before.
Also why not get wider/lower offset wheels.. it will save your wheel bearings. |

I ordered TeamDynamics in the width and offset I want, I was looking to put spacers on my stock SVT wheels until they arrive (12wk lead time)

20 to 25mm spacers will result in a 24 to 29mm offset for those SVT wheels. Is that what you're really looking for? I'm not a big fan of spacers but I do know that Summit Racing carries a lot of options in lots of price ranges.

I'm running RS bodywork, so my car is almost 1.5" wider over each wheel.

While this is not technically in my field, any customer I get asking about spacers I always send them to H&R.
http://www.trakplus.com/ Comes with the right studs and everything you need to make it work right.

For the right price I would be interested in one pair of 20mm spacers.

I would go with H & R spacers if I was to ever use spacers.
But wouldn't the 20-25mm spacers really put alot of strain on the wheel bearings leading to them failing pretty soon. And if you drive aggressively wouldn't that speed up the bearings failure even more? Just wondering.

I think when it comes to quality of wheel spacers, a reputable company that makes a spacer with the correct hub bore is fine to use. In this case, I'm assuming he's going with a decent machine shop.
