2011 SES auto to manual

When I bought my 2011 SES last year you could only get in automatic . I want to convert to 5 speed and was wondering if anyone had any info on the swap.Is it overly difficult any changes to the computer etc. any advice would be great,

Don't just buy the parts you need, strip a manual transmission car. That way you will get everything you need.

You will need a tune to eliminate the automatic transmission.

It's fairly easy, it just takes time.

If you can find a wrecked donor car then you're in business buddy.

I tried getting the same answers also but after doing research the only years I would use before 08 is the 2005-2007. Only because the trans are in the same place and the fact that they are both duratec. But stick to 08-11 to be safest. Because even though those fit I saw engine problems coming my way if I tried 05-07 even though its all the same it's two complete different cars.

I also would like to mention that some websites have clutch kits and flywheels ranging 06-11.
