Clutch Line Hose Busted

My 2002 SVT just blew the rubber portion of the hose line that runs from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder. Two questions. What is the part number for the hose? And what all will it take to replace it. I'm not mechanic cert, but I know cars. Is it hard to replace?

Do you happen to have the old line still? We are going to look into having replacements made and need a factory line for specs.
