I have some, but they don't fit my '04 or my '05 properly. The flat on the HVAC control shafts are in the wrong orientation to the function indicator hole (light) on the knobs. That is, when the knob is on the shaft (it only fits one way) in the 12 o'clock position, say warm for the temp control knob, the position indicator hole (light at night) on the knob is in the 6 o'clock position. I doubt they will work properly for any Gen. 1 Focus. I do have some smaller ones, solid aluminium, that fit in the appropriate orientation. I can e-mail you pics if you wish. $35 plus shipping.

They work just fine, you have to clip the little flat part and they pop right on.

Explain, please. The flat part of what, the shaft socket? Are the knobs still tight on the shaft? It is very difficult to get the knobs onto the shafts in the correct orientation. Thanks.

You take snips or scissors and snip the Middle of the flat part of the shaft on the knobs, then they push on With a little pressure and you can line them up the right way. They are still snug and work just fine
