I realize this is kind of off topic, but you mentioned that your second cat was gutted. Do you have emissions tests and if so, may I assume you pass still?

Toms tunes are good. Especially with CEL lights due to aftermarket parts like a CAI and aftermarket header.

no fortunatly i do not have to deal with those b-stuff tests lol , but i have read on a few threads that you should be fine , gutting it rather than replacing it with pipe also makes it look stock so itll pass a visual , i have the fswerks street setup which i hear is ok for emissions as it leaves the 2nd one . so basically i have a ghetto rigged fswerks race setup.

damn i didnt even know a cai would throw a cel. like i said im gettin the cool-flo soon (maybe- might swing for the steeda and not cheap out this time like i did with the exhaust) and now im starting to think i should just get the sct first

You shouldn't get a CEL with a CAI as I had my FSWerks CAI and Race Exhaust installed with no problems just disconnect the negative terminal on the battery while installing the CAI so that the computer will re-learn the higher flow of air. Maybe the other person didnt do that and as a result got a CEL but like I said I didn't have one issue with mine

well mine did run a little funny right after i did my stealth cai , but no cels and after i reset it ran great
