Help removing lower center console panels

I'm looking to remove the lower pieces of the center console (piece to the right of your gas pedal foot) to run some wiring through. I noticed there is a plastic panel retainer on the driver side that I could pop, but the passenger side one is set back and hard to get at. Is there an easy way to remove it?

Give it a quick hard pull and it will come right off, or buy some trim tools.
