2005 RPM Issue

Hi gang. I am a new(ish) Focus owner. Just got mine back in May. I have a 2005 ZX4. My issue is: My car has been idling around 800rpm. It sometimes drops rpms pretty low but immediately comes right back to around 800. I don't have a check engine light for anything, just this weird issue.

My dad thinks I might have a vacuum leak but wouldn't the check engine light come on if I did?

Any suggestions?
