If you would like. I noticed it was archived and I was unable to add replies or edits to it. I thought it was locked/done and that I needed to post a new thread. Sorry about that.

That's actually fine that way. It gets archived if it doesn't stay active for X amount of days. So there is no need for deletion. You did better by making a new thread. Try and do daily bumpsif no one expresses interest to keepo the thread from being archived

No problem- thanks for the tip. I was just trying not to be "that guy" bumping all the time....turns out I let it go a bit too long. Hahaha.

Question: so this is set up for the Supercharger type of FI correct? I see the increased compression. At this level of comp. what is the power one can get from this? kthnx! =)

Cylinder pressure is cylinder pressure. High compression and lower boost is really no different than low compression with a lot of boost (assuming good tunes on both and good IAT on both). Additionally- the cams are pretty big. That's a function of the engine being high compression. The engine was spec'd with parts that should all work well together- SC or Turbo.

As far as power goes, I really don't know. I don't want to claim any numbers. I do know that it will handle about as much power as you care to throw at it. Diamond pistons are most likely the strongest off the shelf pistons for FI in a Zetec because of their added meat between the top and first ring. Additionally, I had the tops and skirts coated which should allow them to take more abuse. Oliver rods are stout- they are as strong or stronger than Crower. I prefer Oliver over Crower (not just on Zetec) for my own reasons.
