After you did all those replacements, did you reset the ECU? I don't know if this will help but it's free and easy to do.

Reset to let the engine learn current condition quicker is simply by removing the battery negative terminal for a few minutes (5 at least) and then reconnecting it.

DON'T do this just before an inspection that includes an emissions check, since the computer will read out 'not ready" and you'll have to go back later (takes some drive cycles to complete all it's self checks).

Also check all your vacuum lines. IAC is a good possibility. Clean the throttle body and IAC. Also, I second the Bosch O2's, my focus does not like them. I replaced 3 1 year before I went to a different brand. I had a similar issue with poor idle and CEL. I cant remember the code though. Mine was a vacuum leak.

yeah we did the bosch and then have picked up the last 2 O2 sensors and hose from the ford dealership. will try that this weekend and see what happens, along with cleaning the IAC
