Well, welcome to the forums...

Oil leaks out of the transmission via the input shaft seal and makes its way to the clutch plates. This renders the clutch pretty much useless since clutches work by friction and oil is used to reduce friction...

New seals are being used to prevent this issue... allegedly.

That is the answer i was looking for, thank you.I actually knew a lot people experienced the same issue, but i was not sure about how physically it was possible ( oil leaking into transmission). I hope new clutch helps!

If oil leaks from A to B (clutch) and you replace B without finding out why A is leaking, I don't have to be a genius to suspect the problem will come back again... am I missing something?

He mentioned new seals in the first post - hopefully that will solve the problem of the leak.
